  • Damaged or defective items

  • Products not as described or expired/near expiry

Note: Certain Products—such as open hygiene-sensitive items—are non-refundable and non-returnable for health and safety reasons, unless defective.

3. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

3.1 Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Expired Products
